Family Mediation

If you’re going through a separation, divorce, or family dispute, I’m here to help. Through my family mediation services, I support you in developing child-centered parenting plans, resolving property and financial settlements, and navigating conflicts involving stepfamilies, grandparents, or other relatives. I offer flexible sessions in person, over the phone, or online—making it easy and convenient for you to get the support you need.

Through Mediation Resolutions you can access Family Dispute Resolution through a practitioner who is accredited via the Attorney General's department to issue Section 60I Certificates and to mediate the development of parenting plans in the best interest of the child. Financial and property agreements can also be mediated.

What to expect in
facilitative mediation

In facilitative mediation, the mediator’s main role is to help both people really listen to each other. The mediator won’t take sides or make decisions for you. Instead, they guide the conversation so each person has the chance to share their story and feel heard. With that understanding, you can explore options together and work toward an agreement that suits you both.
