Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Services

Operating across north-east Victoria, the Goulburn Valley and southern New South Wales, Leanne Mulcahy founded Mediation Resolutions, specialising in mediation and dispute resolution services. As an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Leanne is authorised to work with families to support the development of parenting plans, mediate property and financial disputes and to issue Section 60I Certificates.
Family Dispute Resolution mediation is available through a range of models including lawyer assisted, in person, online or through a shuttle model through which each party speaks directly with the
mediator rather than to the other party. The choice of model is determined in
consultation with each party and informed via the circumstances leading to the mediation.
Mediation Resolutions is committed to supporting parties in their transition to becoming co-parents and to assist with the development of parenting plans in the best interests of the child/children.
